Travelex on the first floor of the North Building offers currency exchange.
Q5: Are there staff who can provide assistance in languages other than Japanese?
We're sorry, but we do not have any staff who can speak languages other than Japanese.
Q6: Are strollers available for rental?
Yes. Visitors can rent strollers in various mall__faqthe premises. A 100-yen coin is needed to rent a stroller. (Refundable)

Q7: Are wheelchairs available for rental?
Yes. General Information located on the first floor of the North Building and the second floor of the South Building offers rental wheelchairs.
Q8: Is there a drugstore?
Yes. A drugstore, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, is located on the first floor of the West Building.
Q9: Is there a place for boarding/disembarking large buses?
Yes. Reservations are required.
